Books on Bipolar Affective Disorder
All books on bipolar are not created equal. You need to watch the publishing dates on any technical books to make sure they are current, and right now I don't know of one worthy enough to recommend. But here are a few books I highly recommend.
You can find these at most local libraries, and if yours doesn't have them, ask the librarian to order them for you or get them for you through interlibrary loan. Our library often purchases books we request.
